Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Professional to create and develop beverage menus, take orders, and prepare high-quality coffee and other non-coffee beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Beverage menu creation and development.
  • Customer service and order-taking duties.
  • Prepare and serve coffee and other non-coffee beverages in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Ensure that the coffee equipment is calibrated and maintained to produce consistent and high-quality coffee.
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
  • Work independently with initiative, as well as in a team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the coffee bar and seating areas.
  • Stock maintenance and ordering requests.
  • Deliver efficient and friendly services.
  • Clean the bar area, floor, grinders, etc. regularly.
  • Assist with restaurant operations.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors or managers.
Requirements
  • Available to work on Weekends, Eve and Public Holidays.
  • Willingness to work 6 days' week.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated individual with positive attitude.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in coffee industry with relevant skills.
  • Familiarity with coffee machine operation and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Latte art and presentation techniques.
  • Ability to work in West Singapore region.
