Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Specialty Coffee Expert to join our team. As a key member of our coffee operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through your technical skills and passion for service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in specialty coffee preparation and brewing methods, with a willingness to learn and improve. You will work closely with our award-winning team to maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency in all aspects of our coffee program.

  • Prepare high-quality specialty coffee drinks according to established recipes and standards.
  • Support daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or equivalent in a related field (barista training or certification is an advantage).
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a specialty café or similar setting.
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods, with a willingness to learn and improve.
  • Friendly personality and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain service quality.
