As a Learning Solutions Manager, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning solutions that address client needs, drive capability development, and support revenue generation—while ensuring high standards of quality, compliance and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop both standard and bespoke learning solutions in either in-person or virtual formats, incorporating client context and business needs.
- Deliver training programmes to external clients to the expected standards of the Academy.
- Conduct Train-The-Trainer (TTT) sessions to prepare and coach other facilitators in delivering the training programmes in alignment with Academy standards, across both in-person or virtual formats.
- Continuously enhance and update learning programmes based on key inputs such as client feedback, Course Evaluation Questionnaire (CEQ) scores, evolving industry or market trends, and updates to relevant policies and/or procedures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert during client engagements, showcasing the Academy's portfolio of programmes to address client needs and create value-driven learning solutions.
- Conduct learning needs analysis and research for external clients as needed, using appropriate data collection methodologies, such as stakeholder interviews, surveys, focus groups, and mystery shopping.
- Design tailored programme proposals that align with client requirements
- Support client presentations and business development efforts as required.
