Job Title: Sales Floor Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Floor Specialist to join our retail team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Assist in displaying, arranging and sorting of merchandise to create visually appealing displays and ensure stock is accurately represented on the shop floor.

Attend to customer enquiries and handle feedback when necessary, using active listening skills to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Involve in cashiering duties, handling cash transactions, operating a point-of-sale system and maintaining accurate records of sales data.

Responsible for stock taking and inventory control, ensuring stock levels are maintained at optimal levels and discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.

Requirements:

No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, being able to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

Customer service oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to every customer, every time.
