Senior Flooring Professional

As a Senior Flooring Specialist/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture client connections to expand our customer base.
  • Foster and maintain existing client relationships to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Develop effective marketing strategies to generate inquiries and projects.

Sales Performance:

  • Achieve and surpass sales targets as agreed upon, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, collection, accounts receivables, and product sales.
  • Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Product Knowledge and Consultation:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our flooring products, including their characteristics, applications, strengths, and pricing.
  • Act as a sales consultant, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer requirements and proposing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Competitor Analysis:

  • Maintain awareness of competitors' products and pricing strategies in the flooring industry.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors' bids and proposals to identify areas of improvement and maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the flooring industry or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of flooring products and their applications.
