Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Flooring Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers find the perfect flooring solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with customers from initial contact to final sale
  • Offer personalized recommendations and provide prompt and accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide informed solutions to customers
Requirements:
  • A minimum of GCE 'O' level or Nitec equivalent qualification
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
  • A pleasant and outgoing personality is essential for success in this role
  • A hard worker with a positive attitude and strong drive to succeed will excel in this position
  • The ability to work on weekends is required
