Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Manage Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) tools to guarantee defect-free production.
  • Develop and optimize recipes for AOI equipment to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Process Engineering team to provide real-time feedback on defect rates.
  • Analyze Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts to identify areas for improvement in bump characteristics.
  • Perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and support Metrology tools to maintain product quality.
  • Enforce correct processing in the production line based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and working instructions.
  • Support the Production line for AOI and Metrology-related issues.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or NITEC in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Knowledge of schematic drawing and circuit diagram analysis.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Able to work a 12-hour rotating shift.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills.
