Production Line Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Production Line Supervisor to lead our production team in ensuring the safe and efficient manufacture of products.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of production staff to achieve manufacturing goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the safe operation of equipment and machinery, identifying and reporting any safety concerns or issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track production performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or operations management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a production leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and quality assurance principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
