Production Line Manager

The Production Line Manager drives and meets daily targets while ensuring the production line adheres to SOPs and maintains a safety-first mindset. This role involves commanding operations, presenting production indices, analyzing WIP profiles, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Command and control production line operations.
- Present daily production indices in module meetings and highlight key priorities for the Engineering Team.
- Analyze WIP profile to minimize constraints in equipment, process, or manpower.
- Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency/productivity and meet standard cycle time.
- Address issues affecting bottlenecks by collaborating with various departments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the production line.
- Lead and participate in 6S and kaizen events.
- Recommend and implement measures to motivate employees and encourage them to suggest improvements in process, quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Responsible for staff scheduling, including work assignments/rotations, employee training, and shift rotations.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor production.
- Minimum diploma qualification and above.
- Positive attitude and willingness to accept challenges.
- Demonstrate commitment to work and ability to perform shift duties.
- Good analytical skills and initiative.
- Mid-senior level position.
