Job Summary">

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing AOI related recipe creation, handling lot disposition and dedicating process & equipment restrictions based on product yield and quality.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The candidate must have a solid understanding of Quality & Yield performance by product, process & equipment, as well as the whole production line from initial assembly steps to final test.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent qualifications, with a strong desire to learn and grow in their career. They must be willing to undergo job rotation / cross training and have a positive attitude towards continuous improvement.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Manage AOI related recipe creation">
  • Handle lot disposition and dedicate process & equipment restrictions">
  • Perform first level commonality analysis">
  • Analyze SPC & in-line process data, material data, machine log and machine breakdown data">
  • Detect faults and optimize yield">
  • Support yield enhancement strategies">
  • Daily monitor product yield and highlight low yield issues">
