Production Line Specialist

The Technician role involves operating machinery and processes to ensure non-stop production line operation, including regular input of raw materials into fully automated lines.


The successful candidate will be responsible for the normal operation and monitoring of machines, ensuring output quality and quantity, as well as performing troubleshooting and repair tasks when machines are down. This is crucial in minimizing machine downtime.


To ensure optimal performance, the Technician will also perform target changes, head calibration, and follow proper procedures. Any major issues will require a written report to the supervisor detailing the nature of the problem.


The role requires taking samples, measuring, and recording control charts/checklists. The Technician must also condition machines if measurement shows irregular trends or out-of-specs occur.


Maintenance of cleanroom cleanliness is essential, requiring regular 5S and machine cleaning tasks. The position may also involve other tasks as required by the production supervisor.


To be eligible, candidates should have at least two years of technician experience. Alternatively, those holding technical certificates without prior experience are also welcome to apply, highlighting their relevant skills.
