About the Role:
As an HRBP Assistant Manager at Recruit Express Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees. This includes working closely with HODs on manpower planning for respective departments and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental needs.
You will also be responsible for ensuring efficient onboarding of new hires and exit processes. To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to manage high-volume activities and handle confidential data. We require a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in processing HR records and data.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent communication and organizational skills. If you have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field, we encourage you to apply.
