Job Title: Dormitory Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of a dormitory. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dormitory, including security, maintenance, and cleaning services.
  2. Manage the handing over and taking over of units, quarterly commercial inspections, and enforce commercial tenant's BOH rules.
  3. Handle pest control service providers and coordinate with various parties, such as MOM and HQ Marketing Team.
  4. Manage dormitory records and documentation, including liaising with HQ and authority queries and emails.
  5. MEDIATE conflicts among residents and address behavioural issues fairly and respectfully, ensuring a peaceful living environment by setting and enforcing dormitory rules and policies.
  6. Act as the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) Site Main Controller (SMC).


Requirements:
  1. At least 8-10 years of experience in foreign worker dormitory management.
  2. Possess relevant certificates for CERT and WSQ Implement Incident Management Process Cert.
  3. Willing to work at Tuas South (transport provided from the nearest MRT to the dormitory).
  4. Proficient in English (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages such as Tamil, Bengali, or Mandarin will be an advantage.
  5. Skilled in Microsoft Office, incident reporting systems, and basic maintenance workflows.
  6. A multi-tasker and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
