Job Opportunity: Property Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to support our day-to-day operations related to worker dormitory management.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating worker accommodation, maintaining records of occupancy, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • They will also assist in handling manpower logistics, including transport arrangements and shift schedule dissemination.
  • Ongoing tasks will include keeping accurate data and documentation of personnel records, managing daily operations of worker dormitories, and overseeing company-leased accommodations.
  • The successful candidate will supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams while addressing resident concerns and enforcing housing rules.
Requirements:
  • NITEC in facilities management or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in dormitory operations, property management, and tenancy administration
  • Good knowledge of Singapore's housing laws, rental agreements, and dormitory regulations
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to perform electrical work an advantage
