Dormitory Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to oversee the daily operations of our dormitory facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the dormitory meets health and safety standards, overseeing dormitory occupancy, and enforcing dormitory rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or security issues within the dormitory.
  • Dormitory Management: Oversee dormitory occupancy, including check-in/check-out processes and room assignments.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations set by relevant authorities and maintain accurate records of compliance.
  • Issue Resolution: Enforce dormitory rules and resolve any issues or concerns raised by residents in a fair and timely manner.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise teams responsible for maintenance, security, and housekeeping services within the dormitory.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of incidents, safety inspections, and operational activities within the dormitory.

Requirements:

  • Citizenship: Only Singaporeans & PR eligible.
  • Qualifications: Min GCE 'O' levels or equivalent.
  • Experience: With experience in dormitory operations, property management and tenancy administration.
  • Knowledge: Good knowledge of dormitory regulations and rental agreements.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and administrative skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should have a proven track record of successfully managing dormitory operations and maintaining high standards of health and safety.
