Job Description

As a key team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dormitories. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inspections and Maintenance
    • Perform regular inspections to guarantee that the dormitory is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
    • Oversee all aspects of dormitory occupancy, including check-in/check-out processes and room assignments.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to regulations set by relevant authorities, such as MOM, NEA, SCDF, and others.
  • Issue Resolution and Team Management
    • Enforce dormitory rules and resolve any issues or concerns raised by residents in a fair and professional manner.
    • Supervise teams responsible for maintenance, security, and housekeeping services to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Record Keeping and Budget Management
    • Maintain accurate records of incidents, safety inspections, and operational activities within the dormitory.
    • Manage dormitory operations efficiently, ensuring effective allocation of resources for necessary purchases.

Requirements:

  • Only Singaporeans & PRs are eligible for this position.
  • Applicants must possess a minimum GCE 'O' levels or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant work experience in dormitory operations, property management, and tenancy administration is required.
  • A good understanding of dormitory regulations and rental agreements is essential.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Experience in property management and tenancy administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
