We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth for our fintech solutions.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional to leverage their sales expertise and knowledge of AI, blockchain, and trading technologies to source new leads, engage prospects, and sell innovative solutions to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our core offerings, including Trading Solutions, Brokerage/CRM platform, and Blockchain & AI-driven fintech solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads via outreach, cold calls, digital campaigns, and networking.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships within the fintech, blockchain, AI, and crypto sectors to enhance market presence and facilitate adoption.
  • Lead high-level engagements and build relationships with prospective clients, tailoring solutions to address complex business needs and pain points.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of our bespoke solutions across the fintech, blockchain, AI, and crypto sectors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales initiatives with client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation, closing deals, and managing client onboarding.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in fintech, IT solutions, or blockchain industries).
  • Strong understanding of AI and blockchain technologies and their applications in business.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
