Customer Success Representative Job Description
As a Customer Success Representative, your primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences while promoting and selling our products. The role involves providing top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Share Product Knowledge: Assist customers with product information and provide after-sales support, including basic repair inquiries.
- Support Sales: Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and contribute to sales growth.
- Maintain Store Environment: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, including stock handling, display setup, and daily tasks.
- Positive Work Atmosphere: Foster a positive work environment by following store procedures, including opening and closing routines.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process customer transactions using the POS system.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with data entry and general administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with products and services offered.
- Store Operations: Ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Sales: Strong sales skills and ability to meet sales targets.
- Aftersales: Ability to provide excellent after-sales support.
- Visual Merchandising: Ability to create visually appealing displays and presentations.
- Inventory Management: Ability to manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Retail Sales: Experience in retail sales and customer service.
- Merchandising: Ability to effectively merchandise products.
- Data Entry: Basic computer skills and ability to accurately enter data.
- Cashiering: Ability to accurately process transactions.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
