Senior Production Operations Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Operations Manager to oversee and manage the production process. This role entails ensuring the smooth operation of production lines and maintaining high-quality output.
- Develop strategic objectives by collaborating with senior management.
- Prepare and implement efficient workflows to meet deadlines and specifications.
- Monitor production, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Evaluate the performance of production personnel, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Assess and allocate necessary resources to support production operations.
- Approve maintenance activities, purchasing decisions, and equipment acquisitions.
- Verify that output meets quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Report key metrics and insights to upper management.
- Proven experience as a Production Director or equivalent role.
- Extensive knowledge of production management principles.
- Understanding of quality control and health and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in budgeting, performance evaluation, and reporting techniques.
- Experience in tracking and analyzing key production metrics.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and ERP software applications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to make informed, timely decisions.
