Job Title: Production Supervisor/Senior Supervisor
About the Role:
As a senior production supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring high productivity. You will supervise a team of leaders/workers to achieve quality products, check and countersign process records and production forms, and rectify non-conformances through coordination with relevant departments.
Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Production Manager.
  • Daily production planning and execution.
  • Supervise and guide a team of leaders/workers to meet quality standards and increase productivity.
  • Review and countersign process records and production forms for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and resolve minor machinery problems promptly.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A minimum of 'O' level or Diploma qualification.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience with proven leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills.
  • The ability to provide high-level production management.
  • Relevant supervisory experience in food manufacturing industry.
