Job Title: Senior Production Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Operations Manager to oversee our production operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the functions, systems and tools that contribute to the company's daily operations, including budget management and resource allocation.
  • Create and monitor short-term objectives and planning resource needs for the company, execute organisational strategies to enhance coordination between departments and leadership.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with vendors.
  • Interact with ground staff and HODs to ensure cohesive expectations and standards for the company's objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing or similar functions.
  • Class 3 driving license an added advantage.
