About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our product development efforts. As a Senior Product Development Leader, you will be responsible for spearheading client engagements from initial discovery through strategic roadmap and implementation planning.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients, helping them navigate complex product, technology, and organizational challenges.

Your goal will be to drive innovation by aligning digital solutions with strategic goals, balancing user needs with technical and business feasibility.

You will champion product and engineering best practices to foster a culture of sustainability, scalability, and measurable impact within client organizations.

In addition, you will mentor and develop other product managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

As a thought leader, you will represent our organization in cross-agency forums and industry events.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, digital consulting, or a related field, with a track record of leading complex initiatives.
  • Proven ability to deliver impactful results in both new (greenfield) and existing (brownfield) technology environments.
  • Exceptional systems-thinking skills, with the ability to connect high-level business strategy to concrete product execution.
  • Deep expertise in agile methodologies, product discovery, user research, and iterative delivery.
  • Outstanding facilitation and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with C-level executives and frontline teams alike.
  • An entrepreneurial drive to create a positive impact for the public good.
