People Advisor, APJ Region

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Advisor to join our APJ region team. As a key member of our regional People, Culture & Sustainability department, you will be responsible for providing HR partnership, advisory, and services to support the growth and development of our business in the APJ region.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR partnership and advisory services to support strategic and operational initiatives in the APJ region.
- Lead regional HR advisory and services, including HR partnership, employee relations, and labor law processes.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to implement global initiatives in the region and align with global HR processes.
- Manage local labor law processes and negotiations, and review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Implement and update local HR/office policies and procedures, and coordinate local work environment processes.
- Review and mitigate strategic, reputational, operational, or compliance-related risks, and manage payroll processes and other HR administrative requirements for the APJ region.
- Prior experience of 2-4 years as an HR specialist or HR Business Partner.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Profound knowledge of Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia's employment law and awareness of regulatory changes and developments.
- Being proactive, responsive, collaborative, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to excel in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably BambooHR.
- Exposure to international business environments (e.g., MNCs) is a plus.
