Job Title: Team Lead and Customer Service Specialist

The position requires a skilled professional to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the manager in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
  2. Lead and supervise the team by inspecting table layouts and settings, enforcing cleanliness and hygiene regulations.
  3. Maintain excellent customer service standards, ensure prompt and efficient food and beverage orders.
  4. Upsell and promote food and beverage items to increase sales.
  5. Replenish items as needed to maintain stock levels.
  6. Prepare and submit reports on time to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with SOP and quality control procedures.
