Job Title: Team Lead and Customer Service Specialist
The position requires a skilled professional to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Lead and supervise the team by inspecting table layouts and settings, enforcing cleanliness and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards, ensure prompt and efficient food and beverage orders.
- Upsell and promote food and beverage items to increase sales.
- Replenish items as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Prepare and submit reports on time to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with SOP and quality control procedures.
