Culinary Operations Manager
Job Description:As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of North Indian dishes in a high-volume kitchen environment. You will work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that all menu items are prepared to a high standard and presented attractively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Good knowledge of North Indian cuisine, including curries and naan bread.
- Ability to plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and supervise kitchen staff.
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and sanitation regulations, as well as safety standards in the kitchen.
