Cash Sales Specialist Role Overview
As a Cash Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing cash management products and services to meet the needs of established business customers and targeted prospective clients.
You will understand clients' and prospects' processes and buying patterns to develop effective solutions. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth and meet balance, revenue, and mandate key performance indicators (KPIs).
In this role, you will also assist in all cash management product commercialization activities, providing feedback to the Product team. Additionally, you will participate in task forces or projects to improve processes, develop products, and support inter-departmental tasks.
Furthermore, you will participate in events and activities to enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze cash management products and services for existing and potential clients.
- Develop and apply innovative propositions to generate business opportunities.
- Drive business growth by meeting balance, revenue, and mandate KPIs.
- Assist in cash management product commercialization activities and provide feedback.
- Participate in task forces or projects to improve processes and support inter-departmental tasks.
Requirements:
- A degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 2-4 years of experience in Cash Management or Relationship Management roles.
- Preferred experience in Cash Management and product sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt, learn, and manage stakeholders effectively.
