Cash Market Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to drive growth in our client base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing high-potential leads who are likely to become active cash traders through research, data filtering, and social engagement across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to systematically qualify leads based on trading experience, interest level, and deposit capacity, as well as maintain and update CRM with lead activity, notes, and pipeline stages. Collaboration with the Sales Management team to hand off warm leads for onboarding is also a key aspect of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 1-3 years' experience in sales, business development, or a related field (experience in the financial space is advantageous).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (spoken and written); this is a must.
- Deep familiarity with LinkedIn and other social selling tools (experience with Sales Navigator, PhantomBuster, Taplio, or similar is beneficial).
- Understanding of the financial trading ecosystem, including retail traders, platforms, leverage, and common instruments (indices, forex, commodities, crypto).
- Familiarity with CRMs and outreach tool experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel tracking).
