Service Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to oversee daily service and lead a team of Front of House staff.

  • To ensure that exceptional customer experiences are maintained, manage guest expectations and address complaints in a professional manner.
  • Supervise and train Front of House team members to ensure they possess the necessary knowledge of our company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and brand positioning.
  • Coordinate effective communication between Front of House and Back of House operations teams.
  • Organize and manage shifts to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and resolve conflicts among team members when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to oversee beverage programs and inventory management.
  • Manage POS systems and track monthly sales data.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience in leading and managing a team.
  • An approachable demeanor and natural people skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence in handling pressure situations.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
