Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Food Services Crew Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading front-of-house duties and supervising staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective procedures to ensure seamless operations in the front-of-house area.
  • Train new team members on hospitality standards, product knowledge, and inventory management.
  • Manage inventory, cash handling, and sales records with precision.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the cafe.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive marketing and promotions efforts.
Requirements:
  • Possess a diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field, or WSQ Certificate in F&B Operations/F&B Supervision/F&B Management.
  • Minimum one year of experience in the F&B industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
