Cafe Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cafe Manager to lead our team and drive business success.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, overseeing daily cafe operations and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and inspire teams, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cafe operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer relations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall cafe performance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze cafe performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize business outcomes.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff members to ensure they meet high standards of quality and customer service.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of coffee culture, food safety, and health regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in inventory management software.
