Cafe Operations Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Cafe Operations Manager to lead our team and oversee the smooth operation of our cafe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, staff, and customer service, while maintaining high standards of quality and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management:
    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of baristas, servers, and kitchen staff.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer complaints.
    • Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.
  • Operations Management:
    • Manage daily cafe operations, including inventory, supplies, and equipment.
    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality control.
    • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other expenses.
  • Sales and Marketing:
    • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue.
    • Collaborate with the owner/operator to develop promotions and events.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage cafe finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
