**Job Title:** Senior/Assistant Director, North East Asia Division

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior/Assistant Director in the North East Asia Division.

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of international trade and diplomacy.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 0-9 years of work experience in a related field and a relevant field of study in Economics, Political Science, International Relations, or related disciplines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Singapore's strategy of engaging the markets in NEA, including China. This will involve working closely with colleagues to develop and implement policies that promote economic growth and create good jobs for Singaporeans.

The job holder will gain valuable experience in working in an international environment and acquire the skills of effective trade diplomacy. They will also develop first-hand knowledge about their markets through official trips, study visits, and business missions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement Singapore's strategy of engaging the markets in NEA, including China.
