Regional Stakeholder Engagement Analyst

Job Summary:

This is a regional analyst position focused on stakeholder engagement in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the director of stakeholder engagement and providing assistance to the global stakeholder engagement team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute regional events and initiatives, including the APAC DNS Forum and Asia Pacific Internet Governance Academy (APIGA),
  • Develop programs for key events in the region,
  • Provide logistical and operational support, manage event websites, and liaise with internal teams and regional stakeholders.
Key Deliverables:
  • Implement stakeholder engagement activities and outreach programs, support regional reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement the APAC Regional Plan,
  • Manage engagement tracking tools and stakeholder databases/contact lists,
  • Develop presentations, briefing materials, reports, and talking points for internal and external audiences.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently,
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external audiences,
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a respect for diversity in a multicultural environment,
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
