We are a dynamic team at Recruit Inc Private Limited, driven by innovation and a passion for excellence. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will join us in driving customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Anticipate and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Manage Orders Effectively: Handle orders and data entry in CRM systems with precision and accuracy, minimizing errors and delays.
  • Follow-Up on Orders: Ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer orders through proactive follow-up and communication, maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
  • Process Sample Requests: Efficiently process sample order requests, ensuring minimal disruptions to the business and optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Create New Customer Entries: Seamlessly integrate new customers into our operations by creating new customer entries in systems.
  • Address Customer Label Demands: Respond to customer inquiries, providing statements, certificates, and questionnaires as required, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers: Work closely with Account Managers on sales-related processes and tasks, ensuring cohesive teamwork and achieving shared goals.
  • Maintain Smooth Operations: Collaborate with HQ (Europe) to maintain smooth operations, optimize our global presence, and ensure continuous improvement in processes and customer service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP/SAP C4C, CRM Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications is essential for success in this role.
  • Organizational Abilities: Demonstrate critical thinking, planning, and task management skills, ensuring attention to detail and efficient time management.
  • Qualifications: Hold a minimum of Diploma qualifications and possess relevant work experience in sales support or a similar administrative role.
  • Work Experience: Proven experience in CRM and ERP systems is highly valued, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel on business needs as required, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
