We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking Officer to join our team at HR-PRO RECRUITMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute IPOs, RTOs, privatization, fund-raising, and other corporate finance transactions with precision and expertise.
- Collaborate with the Head of Investment Banking to originate, market, and evaluate potential deals, ensuring optimal outcomes for our clients.
- Assist in the execution of merger and acquisition (M&A) financial advisory transactions, leveraging your knowledge of financial markets and regulations.
- Perform other tasks and duties assigned by the Head of Department or the Bank, as required.
- A recognized bachelor's degree or above in Business, Accountancy, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of corporate finance experience, with a proven track record of success in M&A execution and IPO management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- RTOS experience
