About This Role

We are seeking a skilled MEP engineer to oversee the planning and execution of mechanical and electrical engineering projects from feasibility study to project completion.

  • Project Planning: The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing M&E projects from feasibility study to project completion.
  • M&E Systems: Installation and coordination of all mechanical and electrical systems including lighting, power, water services, ventilation, air conditioning and fire safety.
  • Drawing Review: Review and interpret M&E drawings and specifications; propose optimizations for site-specific performance and durability.
  • Progress Monitoring: Control the progress of RFI, RFA, Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Status for on-time project completion.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with client's representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on all technical matters, including submission of method statement, drawings, materials, samples and work progress.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or bachelor degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years' work experience related projects in Singapore building and construction industry.
  • Experience in high-end hospitality and residential projects.
