Interior Space Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Space Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing clients' visions to life through expert space planning and design.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough site measurements and create detailed layout plans to ensure optimal space utilization.
  • Interpret clients' needs and conceptualize innovative ideas in drawings and detailing, taking into account their lifestyle and preferences.
  • Research and source materials, products, and suppliers to produce high-quality mood boards for presentation to clients.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate must possess at least a primary or secondary school qualification, higher secondary education, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, MS PowerPoint, and MS Office.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year's working experience in a related field.
  • Show ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to start working immediately or within short notice would be advantageous.
