We are seeking a skilled Space Planner to undertake design projects from conceptualization to completion.

About the Role:
  • Undertake space planning and design projects, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Advise clients on design concepts, providing expert insights to bring their vision to life.
  • Generate quotations based on clients' requirements, showcasing your negotiation skills and business acumen.
  • Schedule and coordinate renovations, ensuring timely completion and minimizing disruptions.
  • Assist in material proposal and product sourcing, leveraging industry connections to secure the best deals.
  • Manage logistics and product deliveries, guaranteeing smooth installations and satisfied customers.
  • Travel to renovation sites during the project period, providing hands-on support and expertise.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Full commission-based job, offering attractive incentives and unlimited earning potential.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and sales-driven mindset.
  • Able to multitask and handle multiple projects and timelines, demonstrating adaptability and organizational prowess.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team, embracing collaboration and innovation.
  • Able to respond to client inquiries even outside regular working hours and weekends, showcasing your commitment to customer satisfaction.
