Are you a creative problem solver with a passion for designing aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces?

This role involves working with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and using your creativity and skills to create designs that meet those needs.

  • Design presentation, project management, contract administration, and project correspondences will be handled by you.
  • You will work closely with the Associate/Architect, senior project executive, and 3D Department to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

  • CAD or manual drafting of sketches and detailed construction drawings.
  • Liaising with vendors/suppliers' representatives for ID materials, finishes, FF&E specifications.
  • Evaluate and comment on the contractor's construction programme and resource planning.

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Position:

  • Plan deliverables and resource allocation for each stage of the project.
  • Maintain and improve ID system standardization.

As an Interior Designer, you will have opportunities to work on diverse projects including hospitality, institutional, and workplace designs. Your primary responsibility is to design beautiful and functional spaces for clients.
