Design Space Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated interior designer to excel in transforming spaces that meet client expectations.
The primary responsibility of this role is to design and implement interior spaces that meet the needs of our clients. This involves creating detailed designs, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating with contractors to bring the vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed interior designs that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Select materials and finishes that meet client preferences and budget requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, design progress, and project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in interior design.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (in order to handle phone calls and email enquiries from Mandarin-speaking customers).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max, MS Excel.
