Job Title: Space Design Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Space Design Expert. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating functional and visually stunning spaces that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Space Planning: Utilize your expertise in 3D perspective to visualize and create effective space plans.
- Material Sourcing: Source materials and gather cost estimates from suppliers to ensure accurate budgeting.
- Design Proposals: Prepare design proposals that include materials, concept images, and color selections.
- Clients Presentation: Assist in conveying design concepts to clients through formal presentations.
- Tender Drawings: Produce tender drawings, working drawings, and interior finishes specifications.
- Liaison Role: Liaise with clients and specialists to discuss design/construction issues.
- Tender Evaluation: Involve in the tender exercise process, evaluate tender submissions, and report on recommendations.
- Shop Drawings: Review and approve shop drawings and materials submitted by contractors.
- Site Progress: Gather updates on progress on-site and resolve issues with contractors and specialists.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent;
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field;
- Demonstrated ability to follow through and execute proposed designs;
- Strong in design detailing and good knowledge of materials and technical requirements;
- Good computer literacy and well-versed in necessary design-related software.
