Facilities Engineer: A Visionary Role

This is a pivotal position for a skilled Facilities Engineer to drive innovation and excellence in global facilities management. As part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in facility master planning, space optimization, and risk assessment to deliver high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop preliminary site master plans (SMPs) that align with company strategic goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for facilities space planning optimization and establish standards for critical facilities rooms and areas.
  • Standardize and continuously improve facilities space management processes using industry best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
  • Assess and identify potential risks and challenges related to facilities space constraints, particularly in brownfield projects.
  • Generate SMP 3D models, renderings, and animations to effectively communicate proposed site master plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a construction-related field.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of semiconductor manufacturing plants and local construction codes.
  • Understanding of utilities systems and ability to interpret architecture and layout-related drawings.
  • Familiarity with local codes and standards.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling tools.
  • Good interpersonal skills, team player, strong collaboration, and analytical skills.
