Job Title: Resolution Dispute Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Resolution Dispute Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating customer complaints, conducting thorough analyses, and ensuring timely and fair resolutions.

You will work closely with various teams to understand the customer's journey and provide prompt assistance when needed. Your excellent communication skills, analytical mind, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to consistently hit service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain regulatory compliance.

This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. If you have experience in customer-facing roles, possess great soft skills, and are analytical and detail-oriented, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer support or facing roles for a minimum of 3 years
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and willingness to learn
  • Great time management skills and ability to organize work effectively
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Awareness of data security procedures and ability to protect customer data
  • Experience working in tech-driven or fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Zendesk or Salesforce
