Dispute Resolution Specialist

Leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills in this challenging role as a Dispute Resolution Specialist. You will work closely with clients, witnesses, and external stakeholders to resolve complex disputes through effective communication and negotiation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare pleadings, affidavits, bundles, and court filings to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Conduct legal and factual research under supervision to provide insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Manage and organize case files, track deadlines, and maintain proper documentation to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Liaise with clients, witnesses, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for hearings, mediations, and trials to ensure smooth execution.
  • Handle electronic filing via the e-Litigation system and related procedural tasks to meet regulatory requirements.
  1. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  2. Qualification: Diploma in Law or Bachelor of Laws or other relevant certifications.
  3. Experience: At least one year of work or training in a disputes-focused law firm.
  4. Skills: Strong organizational and case management skills, proficiency in MS Office and e-Litigation, good written and spoken English, and ability to handle and communicate with clients.
  5. Competencies: Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, ethical conduct, and collaborative mindset.
