Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill this role as a Kitchen Operations Specialist in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily kitchen activities including food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation according to culinary standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and team to deliver high-quality Korean cuisine.
  • Follow strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety guidelines (compliant with local regulations).

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in kitchen operations, preferably in Korean restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen workflow and ability to handle peak hours effectively.
  • A non-smoker.
  • Culinary training or certification is an advantage (please provide relevant documentation if available).
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Physically fit, disciplined, and punctual.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Previous experience in a Korean restaurant environment.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for Korean cuisine.
  • Prioritization of additional food safety/HACCP certifications.
