Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned pricing leader to spearhead our pricing strategy in the Asia-Pacific region.

This role will oversee two specialist teams to drive pricing excellence across air and ocean freight business.

  • Lead, coach, and develop two teams through their respective managers—covering end-to-end RFQ pricing and rate card/FAK management.
  • Define and implement a pricing framework across RFQs, rate cards, FAK structures, and surcharges.
  • Establish regular governance forums to review rates, align across teams, and ensure system integrity.
  • Support the RFQ Pricing Manager in delivering a reliable, data-driven pricing process—from procurement inputs to final bid analysis.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven years of experience in pricing within freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping.
  • Strong grasp of air freight (AFR) & ocean freight (OFR) cost structures and margin mechanics.
  • Proven leadership experience—either leading a team or a cross-functional project.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros), and experience with pricing/CPQ tools.
