Pricing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Strategist to support our business in developing competitive and consistent pricing proposals for global and regional tenders. The successful candidate will monitor performance, analyze data, and contribute to the improvement of customers' pricing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies for global and regional tenders.
- Analyze profitability and rate levels for existing and potential business and pricing, benchmarking against competition and pricing for other customers.
- Ensure consistency of pricing across countries, products, weight breaks, and enforcement of pricing policies.
- Perform deep dive cost analysis to determine customer-specific costs to serve.
- Prepare consolidated prices in rate card formats and customer/RFQ templates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Commerce, or Accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in a product and/or service pricing role, or in a marketing or business analysis position.
- Strong analytical capability, including expertise in spreadsheet (MS Excel) and database (MS Access) programs.
- Knowledge and understanding of pricing and costing methodologies and tools.
