Job Title: Chief Network Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Network Architect to join our team. As a seasoned professional in network operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and secure functioning of our data center infrastructure.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain high-performance networks that meet business needs and adhere to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit and Review Maintenance Programs: Partner with data center infrastructure providers to optimize maintenance processes and ensure operational excellence.
  • Network Infrastructure Design: Develop and implement scalable network architectures that meet business needs and adhere to industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot Network Incidents: Utilize expert knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex network issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Regular Inspections and Reporting: Conduct thorough inspections of network infrastructure and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in standardizing processes and coordinating resources to solve complex problems.
  • Strong understanding of server maintenance, including fault diagnosis, component replacement, firmware upgrades, and FRU flashing.
  • Experience with Linux OS and common CLI commands; knowledgeable in BIOS/BMC configurations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network faults independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant professional education or certifications preferred.
Senior Expert Network Specialist (3-5 years experience):
  • Expertise in process development and quality control with specialized technical insight.
  • Extensive experience in server maintenance, handling complex fault analysis and component replacements independently.
  • Strong network maintenance skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Proven mentorship abilities to guide junior engineers and promote professional growth.
  • Excellent team management and coordination skills; able to support supervisors in managing projects.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and potential for leadership roles.
