As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for end-to-end IT services supporting Singtel Enterprise customers, partnering with Enterprise Business units, and having full accountability for Build & Run for Enterprise applications, including architecture and design.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Application support & operations (including usage, billing, bill formatting, payments, journaling)
  • Enhancements delivery for Enterprise Charging & Billing applications
  • Application support & operations for International traffic and carrier services applications
  • Leading, directing, and managing a team of solution designers, solution architects, and support specialists supporting billing and carrier applications for the Enterprise Business
  • Determining and maintaining the Enterprise IT architecture and roadmap, with the assistance of other Enterprise IT application pillars, to flex, adapt, and keep our Enterprise systems aligned with the latest technologies
  • Developing, directing, coaching, mentoring, and aligning/reinforcing team members with the mission, vision, values, and goals
  • Communicating and socialising agenda effectively with senior management

Requirements include:

  • Tertiary education with a Degree in Computer Science, IT, software, or computer engineering fields or equivalent
  • Technical and project management certification, e.g. PMP, ITIL, TOGAF
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant IT experience with at least 10 years of application delivery and support experience of BSS/OSS applications and Telco experience
  • Managed delivery teams of more than 50 staffs
  • Strong experience in managing multiple business stakeholders and vendors
  • Strong commercial background
  • Effective at communicating and influencing at senior management and executive level
  • Strong understanding of industry standards
  • Experience in delivery in a complex and high-pressure environment
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivery of quality services
  • Strong financial and vendor management experience with a successful track record of driving to an outcome
  • Knowledge of telecommunication systems, technical and engineering concepts, as well as business operations and processes
  • Ability to keep abreast of new technologies with a view of implementing them to increase productivity and efficiency of the organisation
  • Demonstrable background in the design, implementation, measurement, and tracking of operational key performance indicators
  • Detailed understanding of the end-to-end software lifecycle, operational, and support procedures and processes
  • Proven track record of conceptual/strategic thinking ability
  • Possess excellent communication, collaboration, presenting, and influencing skills, particularly in liaison with internal & external service providers and senior leadership
  • Display leadership in action – self-directed and motivated; able to influence team to achieve project milestones
  • Possess the ability to exercise independent and effective judgment
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous, energetic, innovative, able to work well in a team, and under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills, resourceful, take ownership, able to conceptualise, ability to motivate and build high-performing teams
  • Ability to generate creative solutions for work situations, encourage and embrace new and untested approaches
  • Display a disciplined but flexible approach to problem-solving
