Role Overview
The Senior Assistant Director, Procurement COE Lead will be responsible for leading the Procurement Centre of Excellence, driving finance business and process transformation at NTU. This position requires expertise in Enterprise Spend systems and processes, including SAP S4 HANA and Ariba. The successful candidate will assess business needs, propose effective solutions, and enhance processes to drive operational efficiency and elevate customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Critically assess Enterprise Spend processes, system designs, and workflows to bring about simplified and efficient processes.
  • Develop strategic plans and recommendations to design and deploy innovative financial solutions that improve organization performance and efficiency.
  • Create roadmaps that enable systems and work processes to support evolving business strategy and ERP upgrades/release.
  • Lead and drive successful implementation of roadmap projects and solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvements by identifying gaps, designing solutions, and/or functional requirements necessary to streamline business processes.
  • Design and lead change communication to align plans, actions, and deliverables through impacted departments and teams.
  • Deliver results within budget and agreed milestones.
